Our affluent society has long refused to recognize its legitimate offspring, waste, and it’s only recently that systematic policies of sorting, reusing, repairing and recycling have limited the waste of natural resources. This workshop reminds us of the fundamentals of creating good compost, whether in the city or in the garden.
