Aida, a member of a Tunisian contemporary dance troupe on tour in Morocco, provokes Hedi, her life and stage partner, during a performance. He wounds her before the horrified eyes of the other members of the troupe, triggering a series of events during a long night of wandering in an Atlas forest, on the way to the doctor in the neighboring village.
Afef Ben Mahmoud
Afef Ben Mahmoud has worked as a dancer and actress in numerous television series, plays and films. She has worked under the direction of major Tunisian directors, including Nouri Bouzid and Mehdi Hmili.
Khalil Benkirane
After studying cinema, Khalil Benkirane directed the San Francisco Arab Film Festival, then returned to Morocco to direct his feature-length documentary Le Fil blanc. He oversees the grants program at the Doha Film Institute.
