Screening followed by an opportunity to exchange views, share experiences and discuss the issues raised by the film and the question of sorority as a lever for emancipation. Hosted by Daphne Charveriat, founder of “Sista4good”, with representatives of the “Sista4good” and “Sororité Inter Quartiers” associations, partners in the “Destination Mucem” project.
A dubbing actress, Pepa has just been dumped by her lover and partner, Iván. She sets fire to his bed, piles sleeping pills in the gazpacho and… the doorbell rings: Iván’s own son and his fiancée, Marisa, come to visit the apartment. Doorbell rings: Candela, a friend, arrives in a panic – her latest crush, a terrorist, is due to blow up a plane, the very one Iván is about to take with his new mistress. The doorbell rings: Iván’s wife Lucía bursts in with a revolver.
At the end of the session, extend the experience in the forum to discuss the film and taste a Mediterranean specialty: musical atmosphere, board games and workshops to boot!

A critic for Positif magazine and author of books on the history of cinema, Vincent Thabourey created the repertory film distribution mission within the Agence pour le Développement Régional du Cinéma, and for 20 years ran a network of Art et Essai cinemas in the South of France. He is currently head of the continuing education project at Fémis.
