De forme rectangulaire, la carte en carton a une face imprimée. Il représente un homme et une femme dans ciel bleu étoilé, à califourchon sur un préservatif volant jaune, se dirigeant vers un coeur rose. Le garcon tient par la taille la fille qui est devant et qui lui tient le genou. La fille est vêtue de vert et porte des cheveux longs bruns volant au vent. Le garçon est en orange et bleu, avec une écharpe rouge volant au vent.
