Feuille de papier blanc, rectangulaire, présentant, sur une face, un dessin figurant un médecin en costume : ici, le personnage, datant de 1786, porte un pantalon rouge, une redingote bleue et un bicorne. Il tient une canne et porte une épée à la ceinture. Au dos, un texte publicitaire pour un médicament est imprimé en rouge et noir.
