Il s'agit d'une matrice en métal moulé de forme cubique. La face principale comporte quatre pans coupés avec au centre un poinçon en creux. Il est de forme circulaire et à l'intérieur sont présents des godrons autour d'un point central. En dessous du poinçon il y a trois points alignés en triangle.
