Ilithographie imprimée recto verso en noir sur un papier blanc. Recto: texte en persan sur six colonnes dans un double encadrement. Chaque colonne est séparée de l'autre par un double trait blanc. Dans la partie basse du texte on peut voir une ligne épigraphiée dans un cartouche occupant deux colonnes. Dans la partie haute, un chiffre inscrit au crayon gris. Verso: le texte a la même composition mais on retrouve un dessin dans la partie basse.un roi assis sur un trône et entouré d'hommes moustachus recevant un homme portant un plateau.
