Scène en chêne sculpté et peint en brun sombre, sur plan oblong. Elle représente' Saint Hubert agenouillé faisant un geste de prière devant un cerf sortant des bois. Le cerf porte un crucifix entre ses bois. Aux côtés de Saint Hubert, un chien ; derrière lui, un autre chien et son cheval dont les rênes sont tenus par un autre cavalier.
