Pièce en fer à deux branches reliant l'avant train avec la structure de charette. Elle présente deux barres comportant des trous de boulons à l'extrémité permettant la fixation à l'avant train. A l'autre extrémité, une forme arrondie et un anneau avec crochet. La partie arrondie est percée à plusieurs endroits pour le réglage de la hauteur de fixation.
