Il s'agit d'une croix latine en or aux branches gravées d'une ligne atteignant jusqu'aux extrémités terminées en fleuron, sur les deux faces. Une perle blanche est collée au centre d'une des faces. Un anneau circulaire surmonte la croix, auquel est attachée une bélière.
