C'est une carte postale en papier glacé cartonné imprimé. Elle se lit dans le sens horizontal. Le recto présente sur fond noir avec un encadrement blanc un roman-photo en six vignettes. Le titre est en caractères rouges dans la partie supérieure. Il est suivi par une introduction en caractères blancs. Le verso a un fond blanc et le texte est encadré en rouge. Le texte est en caractères violets et noirs. Dans la partie supérieure, il y a un texte en blanc sur un bandeau rouge. Dans la partie inférieure, il y a le logo du Ministère de la Santé et celui de l'INPES.
