Ce dépliant en français est imprimé sur une feuille de papier blanc pliée en trois volets. La couverture est illustrée au centre d'une photographie noir et blanc : un bras enlaçant un corps. Un bandeau vert et le nom du Mouvement Français Pour Le Planning Familial sont présents en haut, et le titre en vert et noir en bas. L'arrière comporte un texte en noir avec titre vert, et les coordonnées de l'organisation en bas. L'intérieur contient également des textes en noir, avec titres en blanc sur bandeaux verts. La première page comporte une explication de la pose du préservatif masculin avec cinq dessins.
