Appareil constitué d'un tube en bois tourné et peint en noir et rouge, avec une ouverture centrale. Dans le tube est placée une tige, se terminant par un pommeau et se bloquant avec un ressort en métal. La tige est terminée par une vis en métal. Un anneau est également placé à une extrémité de la partie centrale.
