Fer battu, ajouré dont le manche pénètre à l'intérieur du manche en bois taillé / Large lame métallique aiguisée sur un côté et avec un léger rebord de l'autre. Elle est percée, sur le côté non tranchant, d'un petit trou circulaire, dans l'angle. Elle est munie d'un manche en bois de section circulaire maintenu à l'aide d'une virole métallique.
