Il s'agit d'un autocollant rectangulaire en papier glacé imprimé. Il n'y a aucun texte. Au recto, sur fond blanc, il y a :à gauche, un panneau d'interdiction rouge barrant un sexe masculin noir sans préservatif; à droite sur fond bleu, un cercle blanc avec un sexe masculin noir portant un préservatif bleu. Il y a des inscriptions en transparence sur le papier au verso.
