Sac en polyéthylène blanc fin, avec impression verte et noire. De forme rectangulaire, avec deux soufflets verticaux sur les côtés, se prolongeant aux extrémités de la partie supérieure en deux anses. Décor : sur une face, quatre illustrations se référant aux conseils inscrits à côté : - personnage à table devant un plateau de médicaments - homme tenant une bouteille de médicament faisant un signe de refus à une femme et un enfant - enfant juché sur un tabouret sortant un flacon porteur d'un sigle "mortel" d'une armoire à pharmacie - femme tendant un sac de médicaments à un pharmacien derrière un comptoir.
