La Vierge est représentée debout, au centre d'une mandorle définie par le cordon d'un rosaire. De son bras droit, elle porte l'Enfant qui tient un rosaire, comme sa mère dans sa main gauche. Autour d'eux, différents médaillons sont ornés d'épisodes de la Vie de la Vierge (Annonciation, Dormition,..) et de Jésus (Présentation au Temple, Crucifixion,...).
