Réalisé en papier jaune le dépliant est imprimé en noir et de forme rectangulaire. Il plié en trois feuillets verticaux. La couverture porte un titre en caractères noirs dans la partie supérieure et un dessin de bougie allumée entourée d'un fil de fer barbelé, au centre. L'intérieur porte des textes en caractères noirs et une illustration de colonbe (feuillet 1) ainsi qu'une silhouette d'homme sur fond noir (feuillet 3).
