Petit flacon cylindrique en plastique blanc, fermé par un bouchon à sécurité, vissé sur le haut. Une grande étiquette en papier blanc, couverte d'inscriptions, est collée sur le flacon. Un opercule en papier métallique gris fermait le goulot.
