Il s'agit d'un coeur en plastique transparent sur une face et rouge sur l'autre. La face transparente est illustrée d'une capote blanche anthropomorphe avec une inscription en caractères noirs à gauche. Il est muni d'un anneau en métal en son sommet. A l'intérieur est placé un préservatif dans un emballage gris de forme rectangulaire portant des inscriptions en noir.
