Plaque rectangulaire en bois peint en noir, représentant une maison à deux toits rouges et pointus. Devant, deux portes bleues fermées par un crochet. La porte gauche s'ouvre sur une porte métallique peinte en noir, puis sur une plaque amovible en forme de chat blanc. La porte droite s'ouvre sur un chat, sur une porte métallique, puis sur un chat. A l'arrière, une tige métallique fait apparaître un chat entre les deux toits.
