La feuille de carton est imprimé et pliée en trois, avec le rabat avant découpé. Sur la couverture est représenté, sur fond violet, un grand ruban rouge traversé par un texte en thailandais avec en dessous la traduction en anglais. Le côté du rabat est découpé pour suivre le bout du ruban. En dessous se trouve un texte en thailandais puis, en bas, logo de l'association. Sur le côté l'adresse mail est imprimé à la verticale. Le reste du texte intérieur est en thailandais, imprimé en marron sur fond beige et en blanc sur fond violet sur deux volets.
