Représentation du martyre de Saint Alexandre, auréolé. Celui-ci est attaché à une colonne tandis que deux boureaux enfoncent dans son torse, un croc et une lance. Un rateau est posé à terre. Des chérubins et des fleurs constituent d'ornementation qui encadre la scène du martyre représentée en grisaille.
