Forme de cylindre légèrement galbé, bords légèrement abaissés devant et derrière. Bordé d'un ruban gros grain noir. A l'intérieur : bordure de protection en cuir jusqu'à mi- hauteur avec un petit noeud de tresse blond. Deux initiales de métal collées "AD" ; fond recouvert d'une toile de coton moiré blanc, marque "firstquality London P. Segard Roubaix".
