Bouteille en verre transparent soufflé, elle est de forme cylindrique, sur un pied circulaire. Son col est rétréci et le goulot est fermé par de la cire rouge. S'y associent 11 éléments en verre avec flotteurs représentant des objets symboliquement liés à la passion (roseau, cierge, lunde, ciboire, etc.).
