De forme rectangulaire, l'autocollant en papier se lit verticlament. Il est imprimé en bleu sur blanc. En partie supérieure et en partie inférieure se trouvent des inscriptions. Elles encadrent un logo formé par un rectangle blanc dans un rectangle bleu. En surimpression sur ces rectangles figure un masque souriant surmontant deux lettres.
