Lion qui, avec deux lionnes, avait été acheté au dompteur Schérif Amar (dans la ménagerie duquel ils étaient nés) alors qu'ils étaient encore lionceaux. La lionne représentée ici a été vendue au Jardin d'Acclimatation en 1962 par le dompteur Jim Frey
