L'ancienne description mentionne une tétine en caoutchouc. Sur plan circulaire à bords droits, avec deux poignées rectangulaires sur les côtés. A l'arrière une plaque rapportée avec deux anneaux triangulaires. En partie supérieure, les bords sont resserrés et un col haut ouvert. A l'avant, un goulot est soudé cylindrique, entouré de caoutchouc et de matière textile noire.
