Il s'agit d'un autocollant de forme rectangulaire à fond blanc. A droite, un bonhomme dont le corps est formé du signe masculin, flèche vers le haut, avec mains et pieds a un mot en rouge inscrit au bas de son visage. Il brandit un préservatif avec un air triomphant. En haut, en gros caractères noirs il y a un slogan et en bas à gauche le nom du ministère à l'origine de la campagne.
