Il s'agit d'une feuille carrée, en carton, imprimée en couleur, pliée et collée. Les inscriptions sont en anglais. Au recto le fond représente des jeunes femmes et jeunes hommes en train de danser, dans un intérieur. En haut figure un bandeau noir horizontal, avec des inscriptions en blanc, jaune, rose et bleu. Au verso le fond est blanc, il n'y a aucune inscription.
