Sculpture rectangulaire en béton brut gris réalisé par coffrage. Au recto, en bas, est profondément gravé en majuscules le mot "Roman national enchanteur". Au verso, un texte sérigraphié en noir [citation de Peau noire, masques blancs, Frantz Fanon, 1962] est reproduit à l'envers, de bas en haut et de la gauche vers la droite, au registre supérieur. Le texte est agencé en deux paragraphes, de manière à dessiner le symbole mathématique égal (=).
