Long manche en bois cylindrique, terminé par une chape en bois maintenue par des ligatures en corde poissée. Le manche est lié par une articulation en cuir à un battant, constitué d'une planche plate avec au centre une ligature en ficelle et à l'extrémité une ligature en corde poissée.
