Carte double, de format rectangulaire, vertical, allongé, en papier légèrement cartonné, avec, sur le dessus une reproduction photographique en couleur d'un sapin portant des bougies, et des décorations dorée sur un fond rouge. Un petit ange doré, portant une bougie rouge est présent au pied du sapin. Une inscription de bons voeux est inscrite au feutre noir à l'intérieur. La marque de la carte est inscrite à l'arrière, en bas à droite, sur un dessin d'un petit personnage tenant une plume sortant d'une carte.
