La boîte en bois verni est de forme rectangulaire. Elle possède un couvercle à charnières en métal doré. Il se ferme à l'avant grâce à un loquet en métal doré. L'intérieur est compartimenté en huit cases. Un papier comportant des inscriptions imprimées en rouge est collé à l'intérieur du couvercle.
