Ce tract rectangulaire est constitué de trois volets imprimés en noir sur du papier beige. La couverture comporte un ruban en haut, sous lequel est inscrit le titre. Une fois déplié, le dépliant contient un texte noir qui se déploie sur l'ensemble des trois feuillets intérieurs. Le dos du dépliant ainsi que le quatrième feuillet sont vierges.
