De grandes dimensions, rectangulaire, en papier cartonné marron plié et roulé. Le moule consiste en deux feuillets superposés formant de petits plis plats. Le tout est roulé sur lui-même. L'un des deux feuillets porte une inscription manuscrite sur un bord.
