Récipient de section ovale, aplati aux extrémités. La bouillotte est réalisée en laiton chromé. Une anse rectangulaire est fixée sur la paroi du corps. La bouillotte à sel de baryte à accumulation doit être plongée dans l'eau bouillante pendant un court laps de temps, trente minutes environ. Une fois les sels activés, la bouillotte chauffe pendant environ dix heures.
