Le tract, de forme rectangulaire, présente au recto une illustration graphique en couleurs: on y voit un bonhomme en scaphandre qui monte au sommet d'un volcan en éruption. Il tient dans sa main un coeur rouge. Le dessin est encadré en rose et on peut lire une inscription en caractères noirs dans la partie inférieure. Au verso, une inscription en caractères rose est inscrite à la verticale, tandis qu'un autre texte en caractères noirs est marqué en-dessous à l'horizontal.
