Il s'agit de deux feuilles de papier un peu cartonné au format A4. Les feuilles sont imprimées sur une face. Elles ont un fond blanc et des impressions en noir sur deux colonnes (.1) ou trois colonnes (.2) et en brun (titres et sous titres). En bas de .1 se trouve un encart brun. En haut et en bas des deux feuillets se trouve un bandeau brun répétant le titre de la campagne.
