Ce calendrier ukrainien est imprimé sur un petit carton fin rectangulaire. Le recto est illustré d'une photographie couleur encadrée de blanc, placée en biais sur un fond orange. Elle figure une femme aux cheveux blonds courts tenant un petit garçon sur ses genoux. Des inscriptions orange occupent la partie inférieure. Le calendrier est imprimé au verso, en bleu et orange sur fond blanc, avec deux petits logos en partie inférieure.
