De forme rectangulaire, le papier glacé blanc est imprimé sur une face. Le fond est rose et présente une image de préservatif déroulé. Au dessus est imprimé un slogan en noir. En bas de l'image, un bandeau noir où sont imprimés un slogan et cinq logos en rose.
