Ce dépliant bilingue (flamand et anglais) imprimé et plié est constitué de deux volets. Il comporte uniquement des inscriptions sur fond gris. La couverture comporte des inscriptions bleues (en flamand) et blanches (en anglais). Une bande horizontale blanche s'étend sur toute la largeur en haut de la couverture. Un logo en blanc se trouve dans le coin inférieur droit. L'intérieur et le dos du dépliant comportent des inscriptions en bleu et en blanc avec quelques petits bandeaux de texte blancs.
