De format rectangulaire, le papier glacé est imprimé sur une face. Le fond est orange et présente des silhouettes rouges se tenant la main et formant, sur la droite, la forme du ruban rouge. En surimpression se trouve du texte noir. En partie haute se trouve un texte noir, ombré de rouge et un sous-titre en rouge. En partie basse, sur un bandeau blanc sont imprimés quatre logos et un texte noir. En bas de l'image à droite est collé un autocollant blanc avec du texte noir.
