Biscuit recouvert d'une meringue. Il représente un enfant emmailoté dans un couffin. Seul son visage dépasse. sous son menton, un noeud papillon sert d'attache au bonnet. Un voile de dentelle décorée de motifs floraux l'enrubanne jusqu'aux pieds. Un noeud en étoile décore le pied.
