Un couple accompagné d'un petit chien visite un museum d'histoire naturelle. La fille est penchée et se retourne vers la fenêtre. Une cigogne empaillée trône sur un socle, des oiseaux, empaillés également sont enfermés dans une vitrine. Par la fenêtre à demi masquée par un rideau et donnant sur l'extérieur, on aperçoit un lion, une girafe, une autruche et un éléphant.
