Diametre : 7.4 cm
Poids : 160.2 grammes
En verre transparent, il est composé d'une coupe tronconique, d'une jambe à pans et d'un pied circulaire. Il est décoré de motifs floraux et de bordures peints en doré. Au centre de la coupe, est peint un calice surmonté d'une ostie et souligné d'une inscription.
