Carte d'information, utilisée dans le sens horizontal. Au recto, figure un jeune homme, vêtu d'un blouson de cuir et coiffé d'une crête verte, dans décor gris de tours HLM. Il se précipite vers bâtiment avec des portes vitrées au dessus desquelles, se trouvent, en capitales vertes, le mot "Urgences". Tout en bas sont imprimés les numéros de Sida Info Service, Hépatites info Service et Drogues Alcool tabac Info Service. Au dos, en noir sur un fond bleu vert sont imprimées de nombreuses inscriptions.
