De type Provence , en bois taillé et assemblé, composant un baton sur lequel est monté un manche à oeuf cloué sur le dessus. Sur la partie inférieure un emmanchement à pinces égales est riveté. Un marchepied est soudé et visé à la lame (pied droit). La lame est de forme réctangulaire en acier forgé et limé sur le dessous.
