Il s'agit d'une carte postale rectangulaire représentant la reproduction d'une peinture d'un ours anthropomorphe mangeant du miel contenu dans un tronc d'arbre à l'aide d'une cuillère à soupe (l'ours est en robe de chambre). Au verso de la carte, se trouve une inscription manuscrite au stylo noir, une adresse et un timbre oblitéré ainsi que la légende en caractères cyrilliques de la carte.
