Affiche sérigraphiée rectangulaire visible à l'horizontale, parodiant une affiche de propagande soviétique. Toutefois, le groupe CBS a détourné avec beaucoup d'ironie les symboles communistes. Au premier plan, on observe un char d'assaut couronné d'un caps de bombe aérosol. De part et d'autre du char, deux hautes tours d'habitation s'élèvent dans les airs, sur lesquelles sont peints en rouge un poing et un doigt d'honneur. La fossille et le marteau sont remplacés par le rouleau et le pinceau.
